平常心是道
English 什麼是平常心? 就是沒有造作,沒有愛與憎、對與錯、接納與排斥、凡與聖等等的對立觀念。 修行如同調正相機的焦距,達到恰好點時按下快門,就會顯示「本來面目」。 我們的本性是真實的、永恆的, 充滿善良、慈愛、愉悅、和諧。但世間不停變化的心,是幻化的、不真實的。因此,我們必須通過智慧的內在觀照來調心,從而回歸生命的實相。 ~ 摘自 慧律法師《清心禪語》
